PPHI Sindh is anon-profit company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017( formerly Companies constitution, 1984). Its NPO( Not for Profit Organization) status has also been honored by the Pakistan Center of Philanthropists( PCP), a government- certified body to fete Not for Profit associations.

PPHI Sindh is registered as a original NGO with the Economic Affairs Division, Government of Pakistan, entitled to foreign backing. It’s managed by a Board of Directors conforming of seven educated members with expansive and protean experience. He’s represented by former officers of the Board of registers to the Government of Sindh( Health, Finance, Planning and Development, and Population Welfare).
